When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are normally processed within 1ā2 business days after order confirmation. This excludes weekends and applicable public holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
How long does delivery to the United States take?
Estimated delivery to the United States is 7ā15 business days after dispatch. Delivery is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date; weather, carrier operations, holidays and other circumstances can cause delays.
How can I track a parcel?
When available, tracking information is provided through order status or shipment communications. Carrier tracking may take time to update.
What if my accessory arrives damaged or incorrect?

Can I return an unwanted scrunchie?
Yes. We offer a 30-day return window beginning when your order is received, subject to the eligibility, item-condition and hygiene requirements in our Return & Refund Policy and your mandatory consumer rights. Contact service@qvzjx.com before returning an item.
Are worn or used accessories eligible for returns?
Hygiene and item-condition considerations may affect discretionary change-of-mind returns. This does not remove non-excludable rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.
